Made to order and processing times
All of my items are made to order, so please allow 1-2 days for me to make the item before I can ship it to you. Orders are processed in less than a day.
Delivery times
Your item will take 1-2 business days to be shipped, however this is a guide and might take longer.
Returns/exchanges
If you open your package and the item is damaged, then I except a return, with a phot to show, but if you damaged it, I do not except the return.
Lost or stolen packages
Please be aware that I am not personally responsible for any stolen packages. However if a package is lost, or damaged, I will do my everything to help, including chasing this up with the post and replacing the "item". Please make sure to enter correct shipping address to minimalist the risk of the mailing service losing your package. I am not responsible for customers putting in the wrong address. Please track your package to minimalist the risk of them being returned to me due to not being able to be delivered. By purchasing from my shop, you are agreeing to these terms.
Unclaimed packages
If your package is unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts and it is returned to me ( sender), you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items. But only the purchased items. Postage is NOT eligible to be refunded.

What are my earrings made out of?
My earrings and other pieces are primarily made out of polymer clay, but I also use resin and beads.
What are my earring hooks made out of?
My earring hooks are sterling silver hooks that are hypoallergenic.
How should you care for your earrings?
All of my pieces are handmade. All handmade items can be delicate, so please do not handle them roughly or use excess pressure. That means do not wear them in bed or in the shower or water and do not leave them in moisture. This will make sure your pieces can last as long as they can.

To avoid damaging the earrings and avoiding getting the earrings scratched, keep earrings in safe place, away from any sharp object. Please also keep in mind that due to their handmade nature, each pair will be slightly different from the photo shown and may have some small imperfections. Colours of the earrings might be slightly different from the photos due to nature of computer screens, thank you.
Do I take custom orders?
Yes, I do currently take custom orders, you can contact me for any requests and I will see what I can do.
